My husband and I started looking for a house and applied in different parts with another realtor but she did not take any action or time to show us the house. And when my husband contacted Maria in a week or less she was already showing us around the house and explaining to us the procedure of what we had to do at each step. It was something that made it much easier for us and we are very happy with our first house and we love it very much.
